The Help Desk can be reached by telephone, email or by using the interactive web-based client service center. Clients also have access to an online manual where many answers to "how-to" questions can be found.

System Implementation

We provide a comprehensive implementation solution: software installation, data conversion and system training. Your dedicated project manager will make certain that your project goals and deadlines are met by developing an implementation plan that meets your specific needs.

We will present you with a data conversion specification document that outlines how your data is converted and the final form of your database. The implementation is not considered complete until you are satisfied with the results.
